Had to listen to a certain someone try to BS me when it came to what is going on in this country. "Go somewhere else, and you will see how good we have it here." FYI: They have never been out of this country. They would NEVER travel overseas, and (this is the cherry on the sundae of absurdity), they had the nerve to tell me that they were a great student in Social Studies/History classes. My inner child was on the floor, laughing her head off. But this person is also a pathological liar. So... whatever. I remember remarking about how I can snow people who don't really know me. Now, to be fair, I don't like to lie, and I am usually brutally honest. However, with certain people, I can look them in the eye and lie right to their face, and they don't even catch it. BUT... they know me so, so well. LMAO! Just because you read the foreword and the first two chapters, don't go acting like you know the full story. The book may not be wrapped up yet. But you will always be in the dark by choice.
