Ashley, that is certainly what i'm feeling. Depressed when I look in the mirror then thinking about those AI photos.

I feel like giving up.

It doesn't help that it seems like I'm being deliberately male gendered, mostly by men.

"Can I help you sir?"

Ok, I'm not passable, but probably androgenously dressed but why not "can I help you?"

I don't seem to have that issue with women even when buying women's clothes, makeup, nails etc

Maybe I'm overly sensitive at the moment

I am sorry you are feeling the weight of all this... Simply being yourself can feel like the most difficult of things sometimes... I will tell you that I, and everyone here, who has built their new life has felt and gone through what your feeling... I can also say in hindsight they would regret throwing in the towel... 🌼

The things you seek are within your grasp but, patience is your friend... hold the good days close... like when you were at the concert... you got a glimpse... keep at this and those wins start to add up... if you begin HRT, patience is REALLY your best friend but all the little changes and improvements we make have a cumulative affect!... 🌸

Sometimes this is all like learning to snowboard or skateboard... the first few times you fall a lot... get bruised, scraped and sprained and limp away... the trick is coming back the next day and the next... keep coming back girl... keep finding and expressing who you are and soon the world will see it too! 🤗

I would just gently say that handing a surgeon a picture and saying "I want to look like this" is probably the stuff of night sweats for them. That isn't how it works in their business. They're working with skin, tissue and bone, specifically the skin, tissue, and bone that you bring into their office.

AI is working with pixels and what it knows will give you a dopamine hit. It doesn't care or take into account the physical practicalities of what a surgeon can move or change.

I will say please give me a straight nose that I can breathe through and not snore through it at night. Repair that smashed septum and fix the broken ball of cartilage at the tip. Make it a feminine as possible.

Please fix my hooded eyelids and the area below my eyes.

Here is a picture AI converted of me. I can see me underneath, I don't think this is possible but what else do I need to get me as close as possible

My wife did a consultation at Facial Team. They took pictures of her from various angles and then sat down with her and asked what specifically bothered her.

My wife has had eyelid lifts mainly because her eyelids have hindered her vision but also to look better.

Her surgeon told her to fix it properly she needs to go and lift from her scalp

I'm pretty sure she will do that soon.

I know she wants other things done, so she can go for it.

Male or female, I can't live without fixing my face. It's been busted since I was 11.

If they are going to touch me, I want it as girl as possible.

At least I'll be a better looking thing

I am hugely distrustful of AI, and the obsession people have with it these days. I only have one question. Do you think what it showed you is realistic? These things only go on inputs. Not necessarily from you.

I use AI every day for a multitude of purposes, many of which support my transition. 

Really if ever though have I seen an accurate image of my face used. The "improvements" are beyond reach without massive medical interventions and therefore they do it help me. No face apps for me.

Hello girls, I have to say that what you are saying is a reality and a very dangerous one.
As I said in other posts, I had an aesthetic clinic couple of years ago and this was a reality:

I know clinics where for the right amount of money, they will do whatever you want and afterwards state one of the clauses in the procedure contract...I guarantee the procedure, not the result...and there has been too many people with real catastrophic faces due to this practice.

In our case, and as adults, I assume that we have more tools and resources to cope...we have to be happy with ourselves and be realistic.
Then again, being a woman, as we all know, implies being evaluated by every other woman around.

Even cis woman (at least some), are obsessed with it, so, let's try to keep our heads clear and improve our beauty and one way is being confident on who and how we are.

You already are a beautiful woman, never forget that and don't be too hard on yourself.
