🤣🤣🤣

Seriously though I do not think there are any foods that you can eat that will have any discernible difference Jamie. Give in to the mones! You will develop what you are genetically destined to develop in my opinion. However I believe it might also be true that if you are carrying more weight it can provide more "building material" for development.

I am filling a 40GG (UK) bra now (a 40 H/HH in a bralette too) I wish I could explain why they got so big but I don't really know. I have been developing over a very long time, I have been heavily obese, slim and back to heavily obese before slimming again. I have had to stop/start hormones several times for financial and supply reasons over the years. I have no idea if any of that had any effect or whether I simply would have developed them anyway.

I think the key is to just accept whatever breasts you grow as any CIS woman would. The best thing about them is that they will be real and they will be yours and if, after a few years you think, no I want more, then there is always surgery.

Oh and do not forget, these things are measured on a multi year timescale do not expect miracles immediately, even if the initial budding etc starts fairly rapidly.

You can try massage. It does work, but not dramatic results. Rub you breasts in a circular motion and then pulling forward for about 10-15 mins everyday ..or as often is comfortable. It stimulates blood flow, and helps move breast tissue a bit, which creates a little more. Again, not dramatic, but I did this and it did increase breast size some.

I think weight cycling helps. Loose weight, comes off the male places, like belly. Gain a little back, it goes on places like breasts and hips. At least that is the way it is supposed to work in a perfect world. I have seen some success on myself, as I diet than have a few bad days and gain a bit back. Seams the new weight goes into my breasts.

I've lost belly fat by walking my rounds on a golf course.

You aren't going to eat yourself to a goal. You're either going to have to take hormones or get breast implant surgery.
