Individual and Relationship Counseling
Nationwide Telephone Counseling
HRT/SRS Letters and Evaluations

Since 1988 I have provided gender-specialized counseling, evaluations, medical recommendations, and mental health services across the United States. This includes by telephone for individuals without local support or who find office visits difficult. I educate my clients' local physicians to provide transgender medicine. As a gender specialist and HBIGDA member I have worked with over 2,400 transpersons in all stages of transition

Support - Safely explore what transition steps, medical services or alternatives are realistic for you. Validate where you are at with a Gender Specialized Evaluation. Receive individualized HRT/SRS treatment plans designed to maximize gender. Finally, learn how to identify and lower risks, including how and when to disclose gender issues to others. No one deserves isolation or uncertainties. Improve your situation by working with a respected authority.

All services and mailings are confidential. Send an e-mail if you wish to establish support or receive further information. Your needs are important and questions are welcome! Gianna@Counselsuite.com

Finding gender-specialized literature can be difficult, especially if you are a new transgender person or other interested party. Visit the Gianna E. Israel Gender Library , which is regularly updated and maintained by Ms. Diane Wilson. Due to her contribution, numerous people have access to information they would not otherwise have. At present the Library contains approximately ninety-five of my published articles and papers. The text is searchable. Thank you, Diane!

Individuals and organizations are welcome to reprint materials contained within the library, as long as my copyright, contents and contact information remains unaltered. I would also appreciate a complimentary copy of your publication, if possible. World-wide readers can find translations of my works in magazine Transformatie (Netherlands), and in Swedish, Greek and Italian language publications.

Is any one else here a client of this therapist?  If so, please contact me on or off list regarding her and any recent experience with her.  I have been a client since May 2004 and I have some concerns.
