So it's unsurprising that this year's Mardi Gras Film Festival is pregnant, as it were, with need. You can't open the festival guide without hormonal lesbians forcing children down your throat. It's like watching a condensed strain of ABC programming mixed with a freaky, late-night SBS movie. Not that Queerscreen has a problem with that.
