how do i put my own avatar pictures?

i can't figure it out. i use photobucket, but i don't know how to get the image to show, it just shows the link i pasted.

I think you need 15 posts first

but then go to the profile link up top .. make sure the link you're using is hotlinkable, I don't know much about photobucket
