My cheapskate brother-in-law got me a calendar for Christmas. He must have gotten a good price because it's defective. According to this calendar, Thursday is April 31st.
There's only one thing I can say about this:
Her Royal Majesty, Miao Shan hereby names April 31st as "Brian Cheapskate Day" throughout the realm. This day to be celebrated as often as it appears on the calendar.
