Solidarity With Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender People All Over the World

OPEN LETTER FROM
MICHAEL CASHMAN

http://www.ukgaynews.org.uk/Archive/08/May/1603.htm

May 17 is important.  On this day in 1990 the World Health Organisation dropped homosexuality from its list of diseases.  To mark this, International Day Against Homophobia (IDAHO) is celebrated all over the World.

This day aims to highlight the rights of LGBT people worldwide, who are still deprived of their basic rights solely on the ground of their sexual orientation or gender expression.
