Does size matter?

So this is probably a horrible question, but it's been bugging me.

With STPs is it easier to use the bathroom when you've got a 3incher? (Can you use it one handed instead of two handed?)
Does it really matter what size you get?

When I get one, I plan on using stalls still, not urinals, just cause I want to take the extra precaution. But I just wanted to make sure I don't necessarily need a realistic size. I'm 5'6 so I feel like I'm in limbo. Not short but not tall, so I don't know what's an "appropriate" size.

Also, one last question on STPs....is a harness best?

You ARE short by male standards. Very short, in fact.  Short men do tend to have less length. Course things vary but take it from me:

Generally speaking:

Short men are shorter.

Tall men are longer.

Small men (as in frame) are thinner in width.

Big men (as in frame) are wider in width.

Based on your response it sounds like the three incher is ok for me. It doesn't matter since it's not like I'll be using it for sex (or I try to tell myself it doesn't matter, haha). I guess I'm one of those guys who feel like it has to be big, even when it's flaccid  Damn my height.

If all you want is something to use to pee then why go bigger? Some guys are not even 2 inches when soft, some are more like a stump (sometimes less). It doesn't matter as long as you can aim it where you need it to go.

sd is right. Don't worry about length if it is used just to go pee. There are all sizes of penis's that are flacid. Just be able to aim and shoot. You can practice that at home by putting something in the toilet, that floats and won't clog up the toilet, aim at it and try to hit it. Then learn how to get it dry without toilet paper. Urinals don't have toilet paper.

I still would not go too big.

Flaccid sizes vary a huge amount and changes constantly. For day to day use, I would recommend aiming for something smaller, if you are going clubbing try something a bit bigger.

You don't want to be hauling around a fire hose all day.

Why is it so difficult to find a 'chocolate' packer for us darker bros??

DJ has discontinued it, mango too. I don't think chocolate is even an option on STUD, just mocha and pink or something.

If I'm going to have to make my own it's going to be ridiculous, cause the only site I know of that sells a 'chocolate' colored non-stp packer is early to bed. They come in three different sizes, but the only chocolate colored size is a $52 5 incher.

I have the Mango 5.5"  and it is the perfect size for me for stp.  I just converted my 3.5" into an STP and it was harder to aim and get it out of my pants.

I LOVE the 3.5" for packing only but prefer my 5.5" for stp.  I'm going to try the 3.5" stp for a while to see if I like it okay and that I'm just used to the bigger one.

There is a video on You-Tube on how to modify a 3.5" packer into an STP which I have NOT tried as it uses a more rigid stp (female) device which he claims you can use one handed.  The Mango and its relatives use a latex tube which is flexible but does require 2 hands in my experience.

Havok, as a woman I can tell you only this, that some of us are less interested in size than in ability to use what's there. That is not true of all, I imagine, in fact I know it's not true of all. But I don't know what a percentage would be.

As for your question about color, my dear, why do you imagine? I have a few thoughts the main one being that it's never dawned on the folks who make them that there is a "need" for making them. As to why that's true, I'd allow them to answer that. You might  consider asking the manufacturers though. Sometimes, if they wanna make money badly enough they might hear you.

I'd have to agree with Nichole about why they don't have enough colors. I think it's probably due to the stereotype that being ftm is something white kids do.

Or maybe its because we're a minority and theres not much of a demand for it? I don't think it has to do with, "its a white kid thing." but the actual number of people who are transgendered.

Maybe try looking for foreign sites where the black/dark skinned population is not a minority? I don't know.

I am 5ft 7ins and stopped growing in height when I was 14.  I can only ever recall very few full blown erections due to the horror and distress they caused me but I do also recall that I once attempted to measure it following hearing my school peers talking about how big they were and I measured 4 1/2 inches.   Now consider this, there is a saying that 'if you don't use it, prepare to lose it' or something along those lines and with me, having never used my own thingy for it's ultimate designed purpose, I can safely say that I still have it    it still stretches to about 3 1/2 inches if I pull it hard enough and hopefully the surgeon can work with it when the time comes for my SRS.

No you're not overstepping your bounds, everyone's advice is helpful  Uh, I'm not looking for bottom surgery yet, I'm just looking for something to stuff down there, know what I mean? I'm trying to buy a peeing device that can be used as packing, and also pass somewhat for a realistic penis in size and color, etc. That's what the size question is about.

Hmm I don't know how reliable wikipedia is but here's what I found:
