Very funny.  I wish there was a Quick Sex Change.  Sometimes these things get a burr under my saddle.  But it is Onion after all.

Funny thing is I didnt notice at first that it was the Onion either... but after about 90 seconds I knew it was too outrageous to be anything but a joke... and if it were in fact real, Julie would not have been content posting the link without something more to say...  ;)

O, doesn't everyone know about that machine that twists off a penis to make a vagina? And the tats have been derigeur at all the best surgeries for years!

I'm shocked that there hasn't been legislation before this. :laugh:
