Back in the 70's I had a collection of fan fic in paperback which included a story called The Procrustean Petard in which everyone on the Enterprise except Spock was transformed into the opposite gender (and also a ship full of Klingons all except their captain.

I LOVED it!!!
Disclaimer: due to serious injury, most of my posts are made via Dragon Dictation which sometimes butchers grammar and mis-hears my words. I'm also too lazy to closely proof-read which means some of my comments will seem strange.
