Chastity Bono, who now goes by "Chaz".  Chastity Bono, as you already probably know, is undergoing a sex change operation and is in the process of becoming a man.  This pic, taken on Thursday, shows Chaz looking quite a bit more masculine than the last time we saw him. He seems to no longer have breasts and definitely looks manlier in the face. The haircut helps as well.
