Discharge?

I've been on estrogen and spiro for about 2 years now and last year around september I kept having like, precum like leakage in my panties all the time.  I freaked out, went to the doctor, got tested for STDs.  All negative, but he said they found traces of white blood cells so he put me on an antibiotic.  It didn't really solve anything because it's still like I'm having precum, lol.

I went back and the doctor told me it's just hormonal.

Has anyone had this or is my doctor and the hospital incompetent with the tests??

I'm not a doctor but i played....

I had a Urinary Tract Infection that gave me a high white blood count in my urine. I also had a wicked back ache with pain shooting down my leg with the UTI..

If you achieve ideal blood serum hormonal levels the prostate and/or cowpers gland do tend to eventually morph into their female equivalent form and this causes "lube" to be discharged.

It is more commonly seen in postop women but if you have been successfully on HRT for some time there is no reason why it couldn't happen preoperatively.

I'm pre HRT so I must have had hormone imbalance throughout my life because I have all-ways suffered from uncontrollable random discharge. I mentioned it to my GP and he said it might be that the system is not being flushed out properly when I go to the bathroom.
I have discounted that of late and I have had to wear personal hygiene products to soak up the very clear discharge.
I must be more female than just my brain telling me that its in the wrong body.

another round of tests.... im clean.
i have no idea why this happens.  i guess im just lubing myself up like you guys say lol.

Same thing happened to me the other day. It was like a watery substance, with a definite female smell. I just assumed it was something that I ate. Have not read about it happening elsewhere. How common is it?

I get that too! I don't worry about it too much but I don't get it all the time.
