With unexpected candor and delightful humor, fearless lesbian, gay, transgender, straight, and questioning teens dare to reveal their daily lives to the camera: deciding whether to go along with anti-gay taunts in the locker room, having the courage to take ballet or wear a purple shirt, avoiding the restroom so they won't get beaten up, mourning the suicide of a classmate, or deciding to have heterosexual sex just to prove they're not gay. It quickly becomes clear that just about everything teens do requires thinking about gender and sexuality.
