A SEX swap patient who used to be a rugby player called David has told how her glamour model sister is helping her through the ordeal of becoming a woman.

Diane Neil, 46, said most of her 15 brothers and sisters "drifted away" as she came to terms with the fact she was a woman trapped in a man's body.
