I little background.
Initially I wasn't going to transition at all take a low dose of E and try to muddle through life as a man. That didn't work our too well. At that point I decided that i had to go all the way transition at work and get SRS. This has all progressed over the last two years or so.
The wife and I have been discussing my transition and the different options. That would make both of us happy or at least content.
We needed to balance who I need to be and who she wants me to be. We talked about me still transitioning and just not getting a vagina. In her mind at least i would still be the man she married and I could present to the world who i feel like inside.
I don't like or dislike my penis it is just kinda there, although for her it is very important. It is more important to me to stay with her that it is to have a surgery. It is very important to me to present as female not what it between my legs.
I'm still wanting to get an orchiectomy. I'm concerned about my long term health on a high dose of E and T blockers. Has anyone had this done and still able to get/maintain an erection and orgasm?
I'm on HRT now and don't have any problems in that department. I'm a firm believer that is it mostly mental thing. According to my Dr my E is not up where he wants it and my T is not down where is should be yet.
I don't mind taking a small amount of T and/or viagra to maintain functionality.

I had an Orchie 8 month ago, and yes you can still get it to do what you want, just takes more. However if you are hoping to have children, you will need to store your semen now.
and you do orgasm. To me it is deeper, more all consuming.
