packer and growth question

This may be a stupid question but... When your on T and downstairs growth happens do you still wear your packer or no? I ask this b/c I've seen some big clits and I would think it would be uncomfortable to wear a packer.

Not on T yet but a lot of my transguy friends irl still pack after a lot of growth. Some of them feel they don't have the need anymore. I think it might just depend on the guy.
