A while back, this video circulated among my friends. Performer/author/filmmaker Ivan Coyote calls it "The Femme Piece." What touched us is how even though its subject is the butch-femme dynamic between women, so many other queer issues shine through. Invisibility, pointless in-fighting of "who has it worse," stereotyping, masculinity/femininity, body issues, fighting homophobia, etc.

I think everyone in LGBTQ spectrum will find something in it that speaks to them. Sit back and enjoy. Oh, and you might want to have some tissues handy.
