Letter to the editor 🔗 [Link: pennlive.com/letters/patriotnews/index.ssf/]It is reassuring to know that some communities, including Harrisburg, have taken a stand on their own to amend local statues to ban such discrimination. I applaud the larger effort to amend the Human Relations Act to protect GLBT (gay/lesbian/bi-sexual/transsexual) citizens legally. Certainly it is a positive step in the effort to protect the rights of all citizens under the Constitution.
