Hey everyone -

Not quite sure where to put this so I figured I'd go in a general section.  I had my top surgery back in August and still haven't gotten around to getting my birth certificate changed.  I had my name changed in March of 2009.  I was born in NJ and was wondering where do I go to get that information changed.  Also, do I have to go to the county I was born in?  I live in PA but close to Camden, NJ but was born a few hours north of that.  I need to find the time to go and get this taken care of, just don't know where to start.   Thanks in advance!

Tsroadmap.com has an excellent link for just this type of thing.

The good news us Jersey kids can have our gender changed on our birth certificates. IIRC you can submit all the paper work by mail.
