Dreams can tell you a lot. I've had a dream where my clothes have disappeared while I'm in front of people.  I stopped time and desperately tried to make my breasts flatten out and go away and find a towel or something to cover my lower half.  I've had another dream where I went and masturbated with girl parts, then did it again with boy parts, and guess which one felt better?

So like Cynthia said, take it as a good sign, because it is.  Keep it in your mind and it should calm some of your thoughts.
