I have been struggling lately,,,,help

Hi Everybody,

I have always enjoyed my femme side even though I am in a closet. Suddenly of late I seem to be losing my need to be femme  I really hate this and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It is a very sad feeling as I have always enoyed my femme side.

I thing we all have experienced a yoyo effect on all our feelings.

Personally, I value these times bcause they give me the chance to think about my life in a different hue.

But don't worry Jean. I really don't think your problems have disappeared.

I am trying to enjoy life in whatever "mode" i am in....As spacial has put it,I too value both sides of my being.On the flip side,i can get myself into a depressed mood in either mode,by dwelling on negative thoughts.

Well if your becoming less-femme, but you want be femme - have a nice session in the bathroom looking at the mirror. See what you want to look like en-femme! Wear a dress or some standard wonens clothes! It always makes me feel feminine

Sometimes life comes at us so fast we dont have time to stop and express that other side.  You may stop for a bit, but you will be back to your sexy ways again when time and the feeling is right.

Make some time for you, slow life down for a bit and just be you.

ive heard other trans people call this disphoric shift some start to detransition during this phase not really sure the cause of it. but ive heard it enough to believe it is a ligitimate feeling. i myself havnt exp it yet although i have purged many time in the past out of fear and self inflicted humiliation as i worked threw what i was taught from child hood and what was going on in my head
