Sorry, dude; I hear a female voice. Yes, it's raspy. Yes, it's low. But that, combined with your height, is probably what's causing your passing problems. The good thing about this is that for me, and for most guys I've heard talk about it, that raspy stage is just before the first real drop. Depending upon your age and genetics, it's possible it's just taking its old sweet time. Does your dad have a low voice? Did it change early, or did he have a late puberty? How about any brothers (same questions)? My little brother had facial hair at 12, so it didn't surprise me that that was the first thing to come in for me. As far as voice, I don't know when his started changing, but he's a baritone at age 21, so I didn't expect a bass voice (though most people tell me that's what I got).
It may be that in your family, guys have a slower time of puberty. Maybe your voice will drop tomorrow; maybe it'll drop in 6 months. However, unless all the men in your family are falsettos (lol), your voice WILL drop. As far as I'm aware, androgen insensitivity syndrome only occurs in XY males/females. Your T levels could be too low or too high, which could cause changes to occur more slowly, or it could just be a fluke. Either way, it will happen, even if it requires the aid of a doctor.
