I'm aiming for gaining at least 30 more pounds. I mean I have no problem working out and keeping everything 'toned'(lol) since I already do.

I guess it's just a common misconception since every girl i know who was on the big side had huge boobs.
And when they lost it all, they lost more than a cup size.

I'm hoping if I gain the weight, my thighs will widen, my chest(not boobs) will look more fleshy and not boney(you can literally see my bones), and just everything look more softer and 'feminine'.

I tend to make more reference to the toning component because of my age bracket...I do what I can to avoid having 'mom arms' and I also want to keep the legs in shape.  I am careful about WHICH exercises I do though because I don't want to add any size to the upper back or shoulders.  It is very much a focused regimen that I follow...

Not sure I could call it a misconception...but a lot of women who lose weight are also not doing it through exercise.  And in a lot of cases, what they had in the breasts fell into the 'last pound on, first pound off' category.  Meanwhile, I've been fortunate in that the change in med protocol, even though it is more than 15 years post-op, is adding some growth.  So I am adding as naturally as possible to the chest while working diligently to subtract elsewhere.
