Congrats on taking one of the biggest steps in your transitions
. I had to do this are three different jobs I work at. Go big or go home. Honestly, it was so easy. I'm a respected employee and a valuable asset to the company, so of course they wanted to accommodate my transition. I provided them with a binder containing information to assist in the transition period. I done their homework and research for them. My companies does not have a policy protecting Trans! Now, one of the staff is also coming out as trans because of me setting the example.
