Leo Hoshi

Hi there *waves*

For many years I've looked into sex changes and seeing how the process worked. I've always felt that I was very masculine for a female, but I put it down to being brought up with four elder brothers and no sisters (I have six brothers but only really met four).

However, I often get mistaken for a male and at first it annoyed me but now I feel happy when someone does but I'm also comfortable with being female and I like female things. Which leads to me being confused as I see myself as both male and female.

I've recently explained and asked some of my close friends to call me by the name Leo when in private and to treat me as a male for a short time to see if I'm more comfortable with this or not.

So if anyone could offer any advice on how to sort out my feelings, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Welcome to the site Leo  :icon_wave:

Let's start with what you preferred to be called? I have a nasty habit of calling the guys around here man every other sentence and the girls around here gals. Maybe you would prefer to be called gender neutral pronouns in the meantime which I believe are ze and zir? And if you don't know at the moment there's nothing wrong with that either.

As far as advice to sort it out just start reading. There are forums on here for everyone and they all have good advice about one thing or another. Maybe you'll come across a story that you really connect with and you can ask the original poster (OP) questions or just chat with them.

I'll stop hogging your welcome thread now though. See ya around the forum :)

It can be useful to talk your thoughts out with someone. You may want to look into seeing a gender therapist. Meanwhile just be honest with yourself and your feelings.

Hi there. ~

Welcome to the forum. We'll meet somewhere else after this thread, I'm sure.

I agree with Andrew. :) once you know what you like to be called, just get everyone to call you that ;D I also, like Andrew, call people man all the time. Let me know if you don't want me to do that!!

See ya around! ~
