Just curious, the thought kind of grosses me out, but ciswomen have a little bit of it, though not as much as cismen. I'm also curious how it would affect your libido and aggression.

I am not a doctor... or anything even remotely similar, but what I understand is the adrenal gland produces the small amount of T in cis women, so once you're post-op and the T-factories are no more, you can ease up on the Spiro and let the T-boutique provide just enough T to keep things interesting :-*

Again, this is only as I understand it, I could also be totally wrong  :-\

Some trans women suffer from low libido after SRS.  Estratest (which is, I believe, a low dose of 17ß-estradiol and testosterone) is sometimes prescribed in these cases.

It's not enough to cause masculinization, though, so you shouldn't be concerned about it.

You're right but I read that ovaries also produce a little bit of it.

ick I wouldn't dream of putting that poison into my body once I rid it of the primary source.

Actually, ovaries produce a bunch of testosterone, the adrenal cortex generates some too.
Some post-op women have low testosterone levels. This may or may not cause low libido.
Besides the Estratest that was mentioned there is also testosterone gel.

Raises her hand...

My T levels are around T<10 ng/dl when left to their own devices.

So twice a week I use a very small amount of topical T.
I have to be very carefull to not over do it, due to the fact I am very sensitive to T. If I go even slightly over what I should have I get agressive and depressed. If I forget and dont use a small amount of suplimental T I have zero energy and libido is out the window.

If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.
