Is there anyone who can guesstimate how much this would cost?

The only procedures i'm looking to get is a rhinoplasty, tracheal shave, and brow bossing reduction.

How much could that cost?
I mean I know every surgeon has different prices, but what would be the average price?
and who would you recommend that does very well in what i'm looking for.

I prefer it if they were from the US.

  Yeah a little, i mean i'm not sure how i'd feel about having a 70 year old man working on my face. Knowing my luck he would have a heart attack in the middle of surgery lol.
