The only procedures i'm looking to get is a rhinoplasty, tracheal shave, and brow bossing reduction.

How much could that cost?
I mean I know every surgeon has different prices, but what would be the average price?
and who would you recommend that does very well in what i'm looking for.

I prefer it if they were from the US.

Operating room: $3,300.00
Anaesthesia: $1,440.00
Total: $22,740.00

Plus hotel and travel.

LOL, I was about to say the same thing. Dr Jeffrey Speigel. Had two friends spend about 20K there.

   I'd say either Dr. Z or Dr. Spiegel, if your not sure then send your pic's to a few different surgeons and see what they say.
