I'm pretty sure the tri-top doesn't, but the double compression shirt does.
In order to make sure you are properly fitted for your binder you need to do two measurements on your chest though.
This is especially important if you are skinny, because before I started testosterone, my chest was a lot more dense and the measurement of my chest would've entailed that I order a medium binder.
However, when measuring underneath my chest and averaging the two measurements, I actually needed an extra small.
I personally have the 988 and many trans-guys rave about that binder being good too is why.
I had a binder that didn't cover my entire upper body before the 988 and I didn't really how it felt, so I figured I'd try it.
The 988 rolls up a lot; I think it compresses well, but I'm curious to see if anything compresses better.
I will probably stick to an Underworks binder regardless since I haven't seen anything better even when extensively browsing multiple FTM blogs and forums.
I also feel that the binder tends to fall down on me when I perform certain activities which leaves me constantly adjusting it.
