I'm trying to imagine how folks in the Roman period, Medieval Age & Renaissance dealt with dysphoria in those ages WITHOUT SRS. I once read there were some sorts of facial plastic surgeries existed in the 1800's but what about SRS? It should have been terrible to be a mtf without going SRS throughout an entire lifetime. Do you have an idea how they dealt with it?

It's possible in Medieval Europe , some would have been burnt at the stake, they would have been seen as witches or being possessed by an evil spirit/demon...
If one thinks about it, 'superstition' was rife back then and people were being put to death left right and centre....
