Alyx.

I'm a tranceur so I need to  build muscle, mostly in my arms and upper body. However, I want to pass as soon as possible. Working out is a really fun hobby for me and while I don't want to lose all progress and I want to enjoy pumping iron, I also don't want to look like a man. So what do I do?

Only thing I could think of off of the top of my head is that you could workout with less weight with more reps as opposed to more weight with less reps because this is more likely to give you a toned and fit body as opposed to a "ripped" and fit body. You may have tried this already though, so I dunno. You could also eat more feminizing protein types (such as soy and hemp) and use female supplements as opposed to one's that are catered towards men. Things like these perhaps?

There are a MTF on this very board that is a Bodybuilder- however unfortunately I do not remember what she called herself.
On the Avatar, she is leaning backwards against someting while posing her sixpack. :P

Anyway, if you see her, I would recommend you asking her for the best advice on this, as she should be the best one to ask about it on this board, as she is both a Bodybuilder aswell as MTF.

Did you mean MTF in your first sentence?

I know who you are talking about, I think, but you might want to correct your typo.

Nonetheless, I don't think someone who is pre-HRT could get away looking like she (the person you're talking about) could get away with looking like this. Fat doesn't distribute the same way in body dominated by estrogen as opposed to a body dominated by testosterone. I really don't think she will have much advice to offer here unless Alex starts HRT, but then again, I could be wrong. I doubt it though. I'm really into bodybuilding as well, so any news that passing as female with male hormones and having a ripped body is entirely new to me.

JasonRX: Thak you!" Fixed! :)

Yeah, you may very well be right. I did not remember whether Alex was on HRT or not, but I thought advicing on asking the person in question could always be worth a shot anyway. :)

Yeah I'm on HRT.

...Well sorta, I have to reorder, but I'll be back on it soon.

The recommendations I made would be still very helpful to you even if you are on HRT. I'm guessing you are also on anti-androgens then, correct? :3

Your question left me to assume that you weren't on HRT because masculinzation could be huge issue for someone who wasn't and a concern like that is totally legitimate. However as Bishounen said, there is a MTF on here who is into bodybuilding and she still totally passes. I'm assuming you're not looking to be mega buff, but working out in general shouldn't boost your testosterone too much as long as you're on anti-androgens or some form of testosterone blocker.

Alright thanks :3

I want to look fit, but like girl fit, you know?

I have to reorder the hormones, but yeah I have enough spiro to last me a while.
