I made a new trans woman friend online, she's a French speaker (her English is fine too) and I'm cracking myself (and her) up trying to type in French on my phone when I'm bloody tired and keep forgetting words (and there is no French word for Gender that's different from Sex) :).

Le Gender! ;)

Yes, Yoda was always the most non-binary sibling among the famous Yo triplets: Yoda, Yoplait, and Yodude!

At the pharmacy today, someone said "Stacey is coming in this afternoon" and then clarified it with "It's guy Stacey today."  I thought we must have a bigender or trans customer or something and asked if he preferred a different name.  I got some funny looks and found out that we have two part-time pharmacists named Stacey, one of which is a guy.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

I just remembered something hilarious that I'd forgotten for decades. Blue Peter (for non-Brits, that's a recently demised squeaky-clean children's tv programme) held a children's story-writing competition when I was 14 (in the 70s), and I sent in a Robert Sheckley homage about heaven and hell, that had gay sex in it.

I didn't win.

The way my dog always looks at the coffee table when I lower it back to its normal position after eating my dinner. I think it scares him.

Geex,

I used to watch that too many years to think about ago. Recently demised? It must have been going for over 50 yrs!

My mistake, it's still going, just not on BBC1 any more.

I have been having trouble sleeping lately, so saw the Dr today and amongst other things got a prescription for a sleeping pill.
There is a warning label on the side, "Warning: this medication may cause drowsiness."
