Am I in a good range?

My info says:
adult female (luteal phase) me??? :-)            70 - 600 pmol/l...
and (preovulatory peak) not me, or?          400 - 1500 pmol/l
and  (follicular phase, 5 days) not me, or?   110 - 220 pmol/l

That... is one hell of a range girls... eh!

Oh, post-menopausal female lower: N/A... upper < 130 pmol/l ...

So it seems I'm ever so hard foxing my 'post-menopause'/ 'hysterectomy' –
That be good for a bit more boobies to go?

259 pmol/l then seem somewhere in a reasonable 'middle' if ever there was one for 'us'...
It that so?

Dunno if we should be posting ranges - we might all get spanked.

Charing Cross in London UK stick to the range 400 to 600.
They just cut my dose cos I was 710 at last check - I thought that was close enough, but.......
To those who understand, I extend my hand
To the doubtful I demand, take me as I am
Not under your command, I know where I stand
I won't change to fix your plan, Take me as I am (Dreamtheatre - As I Am)
I started out with nothing..... and I still have most of it left.

Holla, Steffi!

No DOSES for HRT, yes.

Ranges... ?
I mean that's after having done one's blood-tests and it sure was posted before without any 'spanking' from above high... also depends who's in the 'pound-seat' I guess.
Learning, for ever learning, um.

Maybe a PM will be in place as for what "cutting" means in your case.
I been cutting like hell, and interesting to see the Charing Cross range idea too.

BTW, I was 736 pmol/l last time a year ago - before cutting down on E.

Thanks hon,

Ranges for hormone levels would not be a TOS offence.  Only doses for self medication.

Range information is easily available through web search.

Yes, it's fine to quote ranges - though different sources (and different countries) cite different "normal" ranges, so it's never straightforward :).

Axélle: Your E is inside the range of a pre-menopause woman, so it is a fine range. You are also post op, so your T should be very low! It is a good combination for development.

Post-menopausal women don't have breast development because their puberty is already gone and through for a long time. You, from what I understand, began the development of feminine sexual characteristics fairly late on, because of transition and everything, so it is possible you will still have breast growth. The Endocrine Society recomends E levels of about 200 for women in transition as ideal. As you in the laboratorial test, there is a huge hormonal range for females, so even if yours ins't 200 spot on, 259 is fine as well.

739 would be an excessive amount. It could give you adverse effects and actually not be effective into bringing your desired physical changes at all.

Oh, thank you too Bird!

BTW my T is 0.52 nmol/l - i.e. since post-op further down from previous 0.7 nmol/l pre-op.

Given female range:  0.7 - 2.8/3.0 nmol/l

It is as you have guessed quite correctly, saying:
"You are also post op, so your T should be very low!"

It explains also my pretty low libido, - though at present that's not any cause for complaint since I'm living on my own... :-)

Thanks again,
Axélle
