Full length mirror

Here's a suggestion that has helped me. After SRS (or: especially after SRS), get a full length mirror and hang it in your bedroom or bathroom somewhere you can easily see it. For me that has made a big difference in the way I view myself. Well, yes in the literal sense but also in your minds' eye.
