Just wondering if anyone else has any experience with the following items:

Firm Compression Shorts (Style 901)
Company description: Wear these for hip shaping! Made from a heavy gauge nylon Lycra® spandex knit, cut to match the contours of your body and stretch with you in all directions, these compression shorts provide you with tight masculine hips, shapely rear and firm thighs. Made in the U.S.A.

My experience: I purchased a pair of these when I purchased my first Underworks binder (which was the 997 style Double Front Compression Shirt). Honestly, after getting these shorts I don't think that they served any purpose at all besides increasing the temperature in my pants and generally making it a lot more work to get my pants up and down. They don't seem to be made of the same binding material that the binders are at all - they're just nylon shorts that as far as I could tell didn't shape my hips at all. The only positive trait they had was that if I tucked my binder into them it sort of helped prevent rolling up. I would not recommend them but maybe someone else has had a different, better experience.

The Ultimate Chest Binder Suit! (Style 967)
Company description: This new Binding suit does it all! Two full powerful powernet panels throughout the front provide extra chest and mid-section compression for full binding effect. Made from  medical grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex knit, this binding suit eliminates the rolling up issue some encounter with binding shirts.  Made to fit all body types. A pocket crotch design offers the extra convenience and completes the all in one solution.  Newly redesigned with a split crotch for convenient bathroom visits. Undetectable under clothing.

My Experience: This is the most useless garment I have ever purchased. Maybe I would have had a different experience if I had bought a size smaller, but having bought the 997 binder in the recommended size according to my measurements, I didn't think that would be necessary. For starters it was rather difficult to figure out how to get it on. The only way is to step into it. The shorts portion do not bind the hips at all, hardly, and the crotch was way too low. Even if I had an STP, I doubt the "newly redesigned split crotch" would make bathroom visits anything resembling convenient, to say nothing of taking a dump. Not only that, it didn't bind my chest at all. I never wore it once after trying it on and Underworks has a no-returns policy, so this was basically an enormous waste of $50.

(related: if anyone is interested in this binding suit, I still have it. It has never been worn or used and is hanging in my closet. If someone feels interested in maybe modifying it or just taking it off my hands I'd be willing to sell it.)
Never put off until tomorrow what you could get out of doing altogether.
