I have had no direct correspondence with Dr Rushapol, but with Helen and Katrina, both international co-ordinators for PIH Aesthetic Clinic.
I'm told that things on 'that side' work somewhat differently than on the SRS side of PIH.

Yes, I send 3 pictures - though I'm told all depends on a one-on-one evaluation with the surgeon upon arrival.
One MUST arrive at least 1 day before the appointment date, and absolutely not negotiable, required to stay 14 days. This includes hospital time of 2 - 3 days max.

That sounds expensive. Have you checked the quotes of other doctors. Dr Ch. is good with FFS.

Well, the estimate I got from the Suporn Clinic for the FFS full works was nearly $28,000USD, which is still far less than the $40K that I understand Dr. Ousterhout charges.  Looked on from that perspective, $18,000USD sounds like a relative bargain even if one's bank account begs to disagree.

A Pakistani friend of mine (lives in Islamabad) went to Dr. Charan Mahatumarat (dr.charan.m@gmail.com) and was extremely happy with the results.  I've also corresponded with Dr. Charan and find him to be quite communicative and also with prices that are at the lower end.  He seems very well qualified, just not one to advertise through web sites.  You may wish to correspond with him as well.

Long and short is that FFS is not cheap even when it is at the lower end of the price scale  .

That is half price of top U.S. surgeons.  Price does not drop a lot when you remove things.  I would have saved $500 for trach shave but surgeon said when I eat someone might see trach when swallow.  I eat all time so that I did it.

You will not believe me but you do not need FFS; however you will be pleased in six months.

My BA really hurts but seems to get a lot of mileage.  July 11th I was with a group of community friends and it was raining after dinner.  When we left a pretty MTF asked if she could sit in front seat of my car and wait for rain to stop.  I was wearing a way too small lace lavender bra given to me by a close girlfriend on another continent.  Bra was covered by a turquoise tee shirt that had letters DRAMA QUEEN on front given by another community friend.  I had turquoise earrings and Gloria Vanderbilt shorts.  I do not think rain stopped that night but I needed to open windows.

Axelle go get a BA and FFS.  Then start dreaming.  I see a wealthy handsome man coming over to your home in South Africa.  You will make him a nice meal then you will go swimming naked in your pool with him.  You will scream so loud that all women in your neighborhood will be giggling and all guys will need to take cold showers.

BA question: sub-glandular and saline for 'old girls' ?

If I put on one of my push-up bras (like push-up WHAT?) it just feels wrong to have 'rubber-hooters' like that stick out in front. Like olden days Chevy bumpers (rubber cones...) eish!

Am fine with stealth C - D cup, spread volume. Know what I'm saying?
Also, think sub-glandular be quicker to heal.
Want to discuss SERIOUSLY with surgeon. Also much rather like 'fried egg' style presentation when lying on back, not into Cheops pyramid style. Not at ALL for my age at any rate.

Was told by younger man, small boobs more suited to 'sporty style'... me.

Axelle, saline subglanular works but people lie if they say it does not hurt for few months.  Scarring is minimal in nipple area but wow that hurts too.  Implants can push breasts more towards middle of chest.  Actually do not need bra after implants heal.

Not sure what Lesbian inside means.  It seems to be rather easy to be pansexual depending on person.  You are very feminine.

Do what makes you happy and when you are happy other people will be happy.

Axelle we are rather pansexual and are attracted to people that make us feel wanted.

I am more attractive than over 50% of genetic females yet I still feel "too" male.

We can not influence what others think and they can not influence what we think.

Yesterday I asked a question of one of male associates at WalMart.  I presented female, looked female, and talked female.  He addressed me as "Yes SIR".  He was nice.  He helped me.  Hey I guess I am male to him.  Not a lot more I can do.  I did not even correct him but it hurt inside.

That would mean boobs will stop doing whatever they would have - still planned to do, or?

Axelle, are you experiencing much breast growth when you are on hormones?  One size a year is good.  Since you had SRS you should be getting max growth of breasts since you have very low T and feminizing hormones.  I know a lady in her 60's that stopped e.  I take very low amounts and it is fine.

Axelle you live as a woman.  If surgeon is good you will look about 50 and be even more attractive.

Dr. Rushapol will do what he thinks is correct.  You have nice nose and nice jawline.  Do you agree?  Those should not be included.  You will know.

No not really, I might have added 1/2 cup from -A to smallish 38A, now exactly 2 years HRT...

One size a year is good.  Since you had SRS you should be getting max growth of breasts since you have very low T and feminizing hormones.  I know a lady in her 60's that stopped e.  I take very low amounts and it is fine.

Well, 38A is a couple of miles of "E" ... and we had ONLY big front-ends in my mom's side of family... Maybe on dad's side they flat like pancakes? No idea.

Axelle I have heard that age affects breast growth.  I've heard that breast growth is more difficult after 65.

You would gain some breast growth if you put on fifty pounds but you have a good figure and that is not good option.

FFS is an expensive painful facelift with some modifications.

You have great hair and it passes but a scalp advance and it will be better.

A chin reduction and brow reduction will eliminate your only masculine features.

You have a beautiful jaw line and nose which are great.

You are very muscular and 38C would lessen appearance of muscular chest.

Face lift makes anyone look younger and you will look 50.

Here is a realistic expectation:

You will appear to be a more feminine looking physically fit 50 year old female with a 38C-32-38 figure with beautiful hair at 5'7".

It makes it easier to get a job when you look younger and prettier too.

You can view it as an investment.

But it really hurts for three months.

And get stubble off with a good electrologist in Thailand!

Start using a  beard trimmer and leave 1/4 inch.
