And sometimes the best way to help someone else is to help yourself! I've spent a lot of time in my life trying to help others, but as they say to paramedics as long as you're not okay yourself you should focus on yourself. That's perfectly okay too, sometimes people on here should be a lot more selfish! This fits perfectly with what I wanted to say: I'm happy because I feel I'm not constantly worrying about others and I can put myself first every now and then. I'm unhappy because I still end up feeling guilty because I don't sacrifice my own happiness for others... I know I don't have to however it can be hard sometimes.
