It is a bit crooked, did you have an accident in your teens? I think reducing the size of the nostrils would make your nose appear smaller and sleeker.

Do you have a profile shot?

Oh wow, you have an excellent nose from the side. I think nostril reduction and straightening the bridge would be fine.

Tell your surgeon to leave your tip completely alone though. You don't want it so upturned you get a "piggy" nose, and yours looks feminine already.

Is it worth the cost to have this done?

Im just thinking of other things that might help more than a rhinoplasty even though my crooked nose drives me crazy lol

Honestly? I would get the rhino if I were you, but it'd be lower down on the list.

I think the MAIN obstacle to you looking more femine, is that you have you sort of "square" jaw. Reshaping it to resemble a more almond like shape would help tons more than rhino for you right now.

I wouldn't be getting my current rhinoplasty from Dr Toby Mayer but this is what Dr Mayer recommended for me

Rhinoplasty
Forehead Lift with Orbital Bony Contour
Chin Implant
Chin Reduction (Vertical)
Thyroid Cartilage Shave

None of those will reduce the jaw.  What I dont understand is why would you do a chin reduction vertical and than put a chin implant in? Doesnt make sense

You do NOT need a chin implant...or a chin shave. Scratch those two and maybe get small cheek implants if you're feeling vain.

Yes to the trach shave
but if you had to choose one, get some work on your jaw I think that should have the highest priority for you.

The forehead work also looks important, to be honest. And yeah, definitely "no" for chin work - I can't see why he suggested it.

This is what Dr Mayer has to say. Which is a good point and why I am hesitate to do much to my jaw. So many beautiful women with strong jaws.

Chin and Jaw Reduction / Re-contouring
Many transitioning girls think a small jawline and small chin will change their life and give them the exact feminine look that they are seeking – almost to the point of being obsessive about it. In reality, many female media personalities have strong jaw lines and chins, such as Sandra Bullock, Savannah Guthrie, or Angelina Jolie. Very often reducing the size of the jawline and the chin will actually throw the entire face out of balance making the upper half of the face look too large for the lower face.

Dr. Mayer takes all features into consideration when balancing features to make sure that changing one thing does not throw something else out of balance. When chin/jawline contouring is appropriate, the procedure involves making a small incision underneath the chin in the crease to gain access to the area, and then grinding down the bone to reshape the chin/jawline into a more female shape. Sometimes a chin implant is used in combination with the re-contouring to further shape the chin.

Chin contouring can include reducing height, width, and length from the chin. This procedure, to shave the chin, has a much lower potential of complications/risks than the sliding genioplasty.

Seconding this.

If it's financially possible, try getting forehead and jaw work both, then you after a few months you can reevaluate if the nose even bothers you that much when the rest of your face is pretty female.

So the order I should probably do things is

Forehead Lift with Orbital Bony Contour
Rhinoplasty
Thyroid Cartilage Shave

Maybe
Chin Implant
Chin Reduction (Vertical)

I think after the first three reducing the size of the mouth would really help.

Looking at her picture makes me think I just need a rhinoplasty and more time on HRT since its only been 10 months

Sorry for going back and forth. I am just trying to make good points to make sure I know what I should do.

A lot of times ts girls fall into the trip of thinking that one or two certain masculine features on a woman sort of let's you "pass" more, but that's not really true.

If you're a ts girl than most of your features may be masculine because you technically are biologically male. The only way to really counteract that is to start hormones pre puberty or mid-puberty.

Having your top lip shortened during the rhinoplasty would help, it possibly wouldn't cost all that much more.
