  Fried shrimp made with a cajun coating mix my niece gave me after she and her husband visited New Orleans. It was tasty. I had fries from the potatoes from my garden and a salad.

Gravad Lax Salmon pieces (from Tasmania)
+ Glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

Greek Lamb Steak (from Costco) + Mashed Potato + Asparagus Tips
+ Glass of Australia Pinot Noir

Soft Cheese and biscuits
Coffee to follow plus 1 chocolate

Stew (hachee) I made this weekend, I should have about 4-5 portions left, so I will eat it the whole week because I forgot I have no room left in the freezer when I made it. On the plus side: Yay I made my first stew, and it tastes great
