Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and yellow wax beans. It was delicious. I'm going to be asleep in the chair and drooling all over myself in nothing flat!

I am having another - "No carbohydrates" diet attempt, so last night it was:

Small bowl of Boiled cabbage and pork soup
Lean steak plus steamed broccoli and cauliflower with a light smothering of melted cheese plus sweet potatoes
10 seedless grapes
1 Glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
Cup of Peppermint Tea, with one small cube of dark chocolate

then 10 minutes on the Exercise bicycle!

Stuffed pork chops with cranberry sauce mixed in the stuffing, fresh corn on the cob, dressing, cranberry sauce and cornbread.  Dessert was a homemade Key Line pie.

last night chicken and black bean sauce with peppers, mushrooms, water chestnuts and noodles. Tonight chicken jalfrezie (home made authentic) followed by a low fat vanilla yogurt and now (very naughty ) cheese and crackers with red wine. Tomorrow have some chicken dopiaz (onions) left over from the other night (home made again)  and a nan bread as visiting my mum and picking up gear to go drag racing on Sunday so will be late back.
