Simply list your pet peeves and go on about them as much as you'd like, regardless of how little or how much. Just get it off your mind. You can list as many as you want in as many separate posts as you want. Just toss a pet peeve on here if it comes to you.

One of my biggest pet peeves is dubstep. Honestly, it's just noise, not real music, yet people blast it on their headphones (another pet peeve) without consideration for the fact that others may not want to hear their "music". Honestly, I really just want to cut the cord on their headphones just to get them to be silent.

Oh you have started it now.

Incompetence:  I cannot stand people who are incompetent.  Not untrained, not unknowledgeable.   These people are both trained and knowledgeable, but they are just plain unable to do they job within a reasonable manner.

Inconsiderate people:  These are the people who are ether playing a video game on their phone with the volume on full blast, or they have their music that loud, or they are yelling at someone on the phone.

Body odor/ Bad breath:  Worse thing ever is to have someone sit next to you and they have bad body odor or very bad breath.  Geez, take a shower, use deodorant and brush your teeth.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

People who say all politicians are dishonest and use that as an excuse not to inform themselves about politics or about the choices available.

Really? I find a lot of dubstep quiet intriguing and I have spent a lot of time lately trying to figure out just how those sounds are programmed and how to best fit them into a mix. I have to agree with the headphones though. It is super annoying. Not only because of the distorted mid-tone noise itself but also because I cringe at the idea of ruining my ears like that.

Drivers trying to pass in a no passing zone going into a curve or up a hill with a blind spot. Someone is going to get killed that way.
Answers are easy. It's asking the right questions which is hard.

Be positive in the fact that there is always one person in a worse situation then you.

Cars blocking pavements!
I often feel like leaving a note on their window reminding them that cars pay road tax because they belong on a road!
In my younger days if I had to walk into a road to get past a car there would be a good chance that a wing mirror may become broken or paint may get scratched (I'm a much calmer person nowdays)
Most people are more concerned about their car getting scratched than a human being getting run over because they parked their precious car on the pavement!

I've even had a go at a copper for a line of police cars blocking an entire pavement once, he couldn't care less even when I pointed out that a mother was pushing her pram in the road because the polivce cars were taking up too much room on the pavement.
It makes my blood boil

Car drivers who think they own the road because they pay road tax.
Many car drivers I know in the UK feel that cyclists have no rights on the roads.

They are all too stupid to realise that many of the inventions on bicycles paved the way for cars & the popularity of cycling increased the demand for proper roads.
Car drivers owe cycling more than they care to admit

Drivers holding up me and my two-wheeled beastie going into curves or up hills! Yes, I will be the one passing in that no pass zone.   >:-)

D.M., Don't you test-drive your carts? Wheel them up and down the sidewalk once before you make your final choice?

Final pet peeve for the night

People fishing on canal banks getting stroppy when I go past in a narrow boat & intrude upon their fishing.
History lesson for those ignorant fishers, canals were NOT invented for fishing, they were invented/built for the sole purpose of transporting heavy goods such as coal around the UK.
The towpaths were not created for you to set up your glorified beer cooling seat, they were created for the horses that pulled the narrow boats.

Next time you have to reel in your line becasue i'm coming through on my narrowboat don't scowl at me, you should doff your cap & thank me for tolerating your use of the canals.

If i'm on a river then it's a fair fight for who has the highest right but the canals are the domain of boats

Ex smokers walking outside, standing next to a smoker then coughing loudly whilst giving the smoker evil eyes, get a life

Go Compare advertisments in the UK

EA for milking every penny out of Battlefield fans, don't they know there's a recession on?

Aliens: Colonial Marines game, it's been in production for almost 10 years now, just release them damn game already!

People who believe that if a film or a game isn't to their taste then it's a pile of rubbish & anyone watching/playing it is wasting their time, don't they realise how boring the world would be if we all liked the same things?

People who think books are a waste of time, they'll watch the same film over & over then get puzzled that I can read the same book over & over

Thank you! I honestly detest inconsiderate drivers and stupid pedestrians. For example, on Ocean Parkway, there's a sidewalk, a long set of metal bars, and a bike path on the other side. The sidewalk is 1 foot to their left and they still can't use it?  What the heck?! Stop walking on bike paths then complaining if I almost hit you! I follow the rules, so should you! (Sorry, had to get that off my chest)

One of my pet peeves is when things are labelled as "noise" when it is just people giving the wrong label to a given musical style.

Dubstep, Metal, Rap, etc etc is NOT noise!

THIS is noise:

It's so beautiful! ;D

Well, I'm sorry for offending you, perhaps I should've used a different phrase like "fancy noise"  >:-)

Seriously though, if you like it, so be it. Just don't be one of those people who can only seem to listen to it if it's blasting out loud.  :)
