It takes time Julia, it doesn't usually happen as quickly with us as it does for a genetic female.

Some get quick development others are slower than slugs. My first 14 years I had minnies then suddenly things started happening.

I'm 9 months on Estrodial and Spiro, and 3 months on progesterone, and I'd say I'm like at least b? It's really hard to tell though. When I wear a bra, I fill up a b but without a bra it just looks like there's hardly anything there. I even fill out pretty well into one of my girlfriends c bras. She also has fun playing with them and claims there's plenty there. Anyone else experience this? Could a larger rib cage make them look un-"boobieish"? I just hate seeing them in the mirror because they just look more like large very pointy and slightly curved "man-boobs."

Yeah, sure, not to mention that "filling out" can happen after material comes.

My avatar photo is me and what you see there is barely a B Cup size in most bras. Cup size really doesn't tell us much because one bra manufacturer's B can be another's D. My spouse is petite, wears a B in one and a D in another. Me, I don't care what size it's suppose to be as long as it works for me.

I absolutely agree with your logic. I just get very self-conscious in public because I'm a little over 6 ft and if I had to describe it, I'd say I have a larger rib cage than most, certainly most women. So my breasts don't stand out as much as I'd hope to help me blend in and pass. In fact, the last rib sticks out like a sore thumb in any semi-tight shirt. I was hoping maybe this was normal and I could expect them to drop or something, and end up more visible.

I have been wondering what is going to happen when I start HRT, these are my 100% natural boobs that Mother Nature gave me, sure it's been awkward since I'm tall and thin and still stuck in boy mode in the general public and I do get lots of stares, but it will be so nice to have them fill out more....any ideas?

I'm a bit more hefty but I have 38 B's without ever taking HRT so same boat here.

Ideas for what?

Ideas on how much larger they might possibly get, others experience with similar circumstances

Oh. Well, dunno, but I'd say you'll most likely have at least something average.

When it comes to HRT, the results vary wildly from one person to next. Really, it depends on the individual body's response and genetics :/

Many of us have the broader rib cage situation.  But you should not hate your body, friend.  If there is one thing that I had to reacquire since 6th grade, it was the idea of cherishing my body and taking care of it.  Be proud of your shape! And may the gf verify that with you frequently!!!

I have stopped estrogen treatment since the end of last year as I had serious mood problem, so I just take the T-blocker for the moment. I used to have A cup boob but obviously it started to lose it very soon after 2 months stop the estrogen. How are you all girls?

Sore boobs, achy boobs, sensitive boobs. Ah the joys of early HRT :)

Boobs will hurt, a lot. A WHOLE LOT. Sometimes they'll just throb for a little bit, for what appears to be no reason whatsoever. Be careful of car doors, refrigerator doors, sleeping on your belly, cats laying on your chest, scratching your dog with their paws going crazy in the air, door frames, pillow fights, cuddling to tightly, hugging to tightly, sliding your sports bra's off too quickly, running, jogging, jumping, seat belts, carrying large objects, bumping the wall while in a swimming pool, higher pressure shower heads (wow that can hurt a lot), scrubbing too aggressively, towel drying too aggressively, falling, sitting too quickly on a firm surface, branches, and clothing racks. That was just a short list of things that can cause SEVERE PAIN OUCHHHHHHH!  ;)

Is it possible to grow big enough from HRT that you don't need implants?
