YMMV.Yes, it possible, especially if you're overweight. Just keep in mind that everyone is different. Breast development is a genetic component that's unlocked with Estradiol, not to mention Progesterone. Look at your sister, or mother and as we say in medicine, or flying for that matter-do the math. My daughter is busty, as is my sister, and my mother. Last week, after 30 days on HRT my breasts were so sensitive that I couldn't wear a shirt. Fortunetley, my girlfriend from high school took charge and dragged me to Nordstrom's and announced to the sales people behind the counter, "Bobby needs a bra!" Seeing their confused faces, I told them that I was transitioning and their eyes lit up. For the next half hour I got the best service and two padded sports bras. Ahhh. I even sleep in it. BTW, have an A-cup, but come next year I'm expecting a B or C cup.

Good luck girls.

Sigh... still waiting. 5 months in, and still barely even buds. They just now started looking a bit conical, the glands just started growing in, and they just started getting moderately sensitive, like maybe a couple of weeks ago. And I haven't had any of the growing pains that most describe.

I'm genuinely starting to wonder what's going on... again, I feel like I'm a bit behind on everything for some reason, which really makes no sense because my hormone levels dropped smack dab into the middle of the female range after only 2 months on HRT.

And I'm really kind of freaking out about this, because apparently my mom was actually an early developer.

I had almost no real development to speak of for a year of being on HRT. My sister has pretty small boobs so I figured that might be all I ended up with. In the last six months I've gone past a B cup and am now just under a 36C and still tender/growing. My boobs are now 2X the size of my sisters :P Everyone is different and remember females boobs during puberty take years to develop. Why should we be any different?

Be patient, Carrie...you are getting something, and 5 months is still kinda early for significant blooming for most girls...

Just keep in mind the mantra from Wayne's World..."You will be mine...oh yes, you WILL be mine!"

Well, since I made that post a month ago, I have definitely gotten a LOT of development starting. When I made that post, I pretty much had almost nothing but puffy nipples on top of my (almost B-cup already) moobs. Where shortly after posting it, I suddenly got a few days of nipple pain, and then when I lifted my arms up suddenly I could see a circular outline of female breast tissue on top of the old moob-fat which wasn't there before. So yeah, I do think that I'm developing now. It just took me a LONG time to get started.

Yea patience is the key, I'm just beginning to experience the beginning stages of development, enough that I can fill in barely an a-cup, but its progress. The best is when you are first seeing all this starting to happen and that you know it's finally starting to take effect :)

I just love my little breasts and after 4+ months feel fortunate to have definite and "real breasts" vs the kleenex and other stuffed bras of my past.  I feel and look a bit like a 13 yo girl but whats not to like about perky, prominent and real breasts that bounce when I run.  I truly love putting on my bras and new clothes and hug myself with indescribable joy.  This body shape was the stuff of my dreams and fears that shadowed me for decades.  So wonderful to now see this girl, myself,  in the mirror!

Kinda makes you feel like a boob for worrying, yes? In retrospect, it was easy to keep abreast of the changes.

I've been on a low dose HRT regimen for about the last 3.5 years; breast growth was not my main goal. Alas, i have them now anyway  and my measurements are 41" under the boobs and 43" across so I think that makes me about a B cup. I have enough now that going without a shirt or wearing thin cotton t-shirts is absolutely out of the question and wearing an undershirt under my daily work shirt is a wise thing to do.

As far as genetics goes - my mom was an A cup but both of my grandmothers were "sturdy" women with whoppers.

I have been on her for 8 months. And I am a b cup. Mine see.m to be filling out on the side. Waitingg to get more roundness. But my mom says she has alot of side boob that she has to pull over into her bra
Can't wait to get bigger

Same with me.  My shape now means my bras need strong side support -- how it is put together, material etc.  You really have to be careful buying a bra for a good fit in this regard.   I spoke to a custom bra seamstress about one of her bras she sent me to try, a bra which was particularly good for underarm breast area, and she said the side support design is very difficult to do correctly.   For many lingerie companies, it is a proprietary secret.  Her bra was unlike any other, it really improved my shape, but, like your mom, Rachel, I had to pull or adjust of lot of my side tissue to bring into the actual cup area.

Sure has changed a lot the last year or so, but in a good way.  Very happy.
