Hey all. Wanted to update my breast growth status! So, basically I'm at a shallow b cup, but they have reasonable shape now. This is after about 1 year and 10 months. They're still filling out in shape, but very slowly. Also, I haven't had much pain at all for like 8 to 10 months now.

Cheers!

Intentional or unintentional double entendre??

Good heavens this was funny.  Since we each have two "girls" does that mean a quadruple entendre????

I am worried, and my dysphoric obsessive part got hold of this.  I have an A, I have a bra that is a 34A and should be a 36A - its too tight - and once a month I put it on and look for creases.. its unlined.  One boob is filling it and bubbling out a tiny bit, a tiny bit that means way too much to me ;)  and the other side still just about fills it but not quite.  And I had a lumpectomy in it years ago that turned out to be fat but I may have lost a few priceless stem cells.  Good thing about local anesthesia is he showed me the lump after it was out while I was on the table, and he did a heck of a job preserving non fat tissue.  Darn thing looked like a marble and was under my aveola.  Thank God I have growth!  About 80% of the left side though.

What I wanted to know is, and I suspect the answer is yes, is there any hope for me to eventually get a B when my sisters are C's and two of my daughters are B's?  I had a sense in prayer when all this started that I would have C cups.  I hope it was God and not me speaking this.  Medically it sounds totally unpredictable.

Can I expect growth even though I am almost 10 months on hrt - and full dose estrogen only for two months now?  (Age- the endo  ramped it up real slow).  It's been troubling me my body still has too much male in the figure.
Morpheus: This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the red pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the little blue pills - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes

Sh'e took the little blue ones.

After 6 months of HRT my girls are a B & growing some but really not as much as I expected. Large breasts run in my family. My nipples are very sensitive every day. Both seem to have the same growth rate so that's nice.
mtF, mid 50's, always a girl since childhood, HRT (Spiro, E & Fin.) since 8-13. Hormone levels are t at 12 & estrogen at 186. Face lift & eye lid surgery in 2014. Abdominoplasty/tummy tuck & some facial surgery May, 2015. Life is good for me. Love long nails & handsome men! Hopeful for my GRS & a nice normal depth vagina maybe by late summer. 5' 8", 180 pounds, 14 dress size, size 9.5 shoes. I'm kind of an elegant woman & like everything pink, nice & neet. Love my nails & classic Revlon Red. Moving back to Florida, so excited but so much work moving

I'm the same as FrancisAnn... the women in my family (mom's side) all have -at least- single D's, with most doubles or triples.. Mom even had a reduction a bunch of years ago, to get down to a largeC/smallerD, and I can see how she really appreciated getting rid of the back pains..   My sister is pretty large chested too, so after 6mos on herbals, my non-symmetrical B's (left handed, but right boob def faster/larger) I'm hoping will stop at C's.  Changing to drug/script-based E within a couple months per therapists/endo, I expect they'll get there pretty quickly..  strange tho, they have not hurt, even when bumped.. just itch... a lot!  I am also getting very close to the point where they are sticking out more than enough to notice in thin material/t-shirts..  the uniform shirts I have to wear for work have flap pockets so while it tends to hide a bit more, anything I put in the pockets sticks out, as does the flap itself.. I think I am going to have to switch to compression t-shirts soon   :-\

As for actual shape.. I posed this on a couple other forums but no one seems to remember..  for us older girls (late 40's/50's).. Playboy did a really informal study back in the 70's about nose-to-breast shape.. ok, stop yer laughing.. it was true.. the article put up a 100 pictures of girls noses (profile), with 100 pix of their breasts (also profile) and nearly 70% were the same or very, very close.  Think back.. all the women you know, or look at now, look at their nose profile, then look at their chest profile.. for those girls here that have ample or significant growth,.. look at your nose profile, then.. well, you get the idea..   :-\

I have searched and searched for that Playboy article, but sadly, can not find anything.. and searching for it in Google/Bing/Yahoo only brings up links to Tanner pages.. *sigh*    ;)

Anyway, a few moments distraction.. but look around... you'll see it in real life..   :D

Hi Ladies,
I know this topic is old, but I just started my HRT 9 days ago. It seems like my breasts are sore, but since I am Italian and have a hairy body with hair growing in after being shaved, I am NOT sure if my breasts are sore from hair growing back or actual breast growth spurts soreness.  This does not feel like hair growth soreness as it's sore all day long. I'm wearing my sports bra now and it's helping the soreness.
How can I be sure?

Should I be wearing a tighter fitting sports bra or super loose? I am wearing one that is firm and tight on my now.

Also, Since I have defined muscle pecs (size A cup) from prior working out, with this make my breasts grow faster, slower, bigger, smaller?

Very excited to hear from you all with your tips and comments.

Luv Ginger

I wouldnt wear a sports bra at all. If you must wear a bra, wear a regular one. But, unless you present full time and stuff your bra, there's no need, given how early you are in the stages of HRT. I don't wear a bra all the time, in fact I havent worn one in weeks, and I'm 15 months in and a 32C. I really should wear one as they bounce when I walk and it's prolly not kosher.

The sports bra may be where the pain is coming from. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and should be prepared for long stretches of nothing happening, going insane looking for every change, etc. The pain prolly isn't from the HRT. It's just too soon. And if you're youngish like me, it also takes awhile to lower T.

Hi Joanna Dark,
You mention to never wear a sports bra, why is that?

What about when I go out, or do you mean not to wear one because it might stunt my breast growth. Sorry to ask silly questions, but
I have no other resources.

Luv Ginger...

I thought I was imagining the soreness three days after my first injection, and the nurse didn't really believe me when I told I was getting breast development at the second injection at two weeks.

But they were growing and after 5 months I'm a fairly solid B, so things can start very early, and yes growth comes in spurts so you really have to just let the E do what it does in any case.

I wear a sports bra every day to keep things hidden as I'm not full time yet and it doesn't seem to be inhibiting growth or making them grow in a weird shape.

Growth seems to depend in the person, and you should definitely prepare yourself for a marathon :)

Considering asking my doctor if we can induce lactation. I'm not sure though, is 27 months on hrt enough time to start that? Does anyone have any experience with this??

Dropped E levels way down one month and loaded up heavily on progesterone, did this took meds and pumped with an electric double breast pump about eight times a day for 15 - 20 minutes at a time until I thought my nipples would scream. Boobs got real heavy and had to be pumped multiple times a day, they dripped a lot and it was messy, I said to hell with it and put ice packs on them off and on and had to let a little out each day rather than have blockages. Did this until the process ceased altogether. Some like it and have partners that will accommodate them joyfully, it's not for everyone though.

I'm 5 months and 2 weeks and a few days in on my hrt and have a solid A cup. My soreness seems to subside a little between growth spurts, but only some, and if I bump into something! -Yeeeeoowwch! Just before a growth spurt my boobies get very sore right behind the nipple, then during the next 3-5 days they get a little bigger. I'm between growth spurts right now.

I can only go by my biological Mom who I know was only a B cup. So I don't expect to be very large in the breast department. If I get a nice round full B cup, which seems to be where I'm heading, I'll be very happy. I have chronic back issues that would make having very large breasts very painful for me.
