@riversong: In the first recording, you are still croaky and it sounds like there is too much "gravel."
In the next one (Tuesday, not posted), you sound muuuuch better.
The next one you posted (Friday) is way too forced.
@Hideyoshi: You sound a bit robotic, but I think you just need to work on it more to make your voice sound smoother
@katiew88: Okay, I asked my husband for some help analysing this:
You sound a bit nasally, but you will want to fluctuate your pitch so that it lilts UP as opposed to down. You shouldn't start your words higher, and you should try to better enunciate your vowel sounds.
@GorJess: The laugh at the end is great, you did slip into that lower pitch when you said "New York, New York" but otherwise you sounded fine. Your voice is a little deeper than the average woman's, but your vocal patterns are great
@Freja Draco: You sound great! My hubby said that you should also try starting words and sentences off low, then raising the pitch at the end (to kind of end in an exclamation!).
@krista2007: Try working your pitch higher! Also, I find that working with your guy voice while working on your female voice is detremental. I used to do it because I it helped to hear the difference, but it seems to do damage my progress more. In the latest one, it seems like you are blocking your nasal passage too much, but the pitch is a little better. It is also not as smooth-flowing as the ideal would be.
Now that I've offered up a bunch of my own opinions (and my husband's since I don't have headphones) here is my voice. I was trying to help others out at the time (a few days ago):
http://vocaroo.com/i/s0hx9ZZpSbEvBy the way, my husband picked it apart, saying that I need to work on not letting my words start high and drop low and whatnot.
