Nope... May I ask what they're like?
Of course!
Hereford Hop is a mature English cheddar style cheese, rolled in hops for a savoury flavour.
Wookey Hole is a cave aged, mature cheese (also English), which is tangy and strong.
Gjetost is a caramel-coloured Norwegian cheese, which is actually quite sweet, with a toffee-like flavour.
Highland Caboc is a soft Scottish cheese, rolled in pinhead oats, and has a very butter-like texture and flavour.
Bonnet is a mild, slightly citrussy English hard goats' cheese.
Living in Scotland means I'm surrounded by awesome cheeses.
Alas, my local cheese shop didn't have any of my other favourite, Murcio al Vino (Drunken Goat) goats' cheese. Its soaked in red wine, giving the cheese a lovely fruitiness.
I'm a bit geeky about cheeses, hehe.
