Great news Brooke, Rowan, and Jason!

What made me happy today: Finalized and committed to moving from Possum Holler to Palm Springs! Taking a trip out there next week to get a place.

Thanks! I'm super excited about it! The funny thing is that I had no idea it was such a great LGBT place to be until after deciding to move there.

I got my new goth pants, hemmed them, and they look great. Good material too. I got some cool ideas for vests. Had some frustration while trying to make one, but I just need practice. I watched Grosse Point Blank. I like that movie. I'm really liking In Extremo at the moment. I have realized that, although I don't like dysphoria, I do like imagining myself as a guy. I feel like myself. I like myself. I feel more confident than I did about acting like myself because I'm pretty frickin cool in my not so humble opinion.

I've had a really good day with my daughter, and now my son is making dinner for us.

I got Resident Evil 6 for my birthday, then we had KFC where I was called ma'am over the drive-thru squawk box. Amazing how I can get gendered correctly despite my voice being a lower register. I still think on and off about voice training, but I guess if I pass just fine in my natural voice, why bother?

My hometown NFL football team the Ravens went into the game as heavy underdogs and came from behind to beat the hated Patriots. They're going to the Super Bowl. Yay!

No imagination needed. You ARE a guy.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Yesterday I was with my girlfriend, in boy mode(I'm not out to her yet) and we went in a fancy soap/lotion type store. We were the only ones in there and the boy working said "if you girls need any help let me know".
Later in the day she said to me"what have you been using on your skin lately? Your face looks really smooth and your skin is so soft."

I just had a really fun day hanging out with a new friend. We took the kids to a children's museum then to lunch.

I love him, I wish we could get someone like that over here. Right now, it's a bunch of smug, claret-swilling toffs.

Ah well, perhaps I'll get lucky, and my country will devolve from them.

"smug, claret-swilling toffs". I like it,  ;D I'll have to use that one in the future!

I got MLK day off this year because so many of the people we do business with weren't going to be working, which has never been the case before.  I have always thought this holiday deserves as much recognition as any other, MLK is one of my heroes, and I have been disappointed in everybody that it hasn't.  Progress!

Today, I realized with such clarity how my life is slowly but surely getting better. A bunch of infinitesimal steps are adding up over time.
