Quote from: Malachite on February 06, 2013, 08:52:01 PMMe too! It's nice to get the ball rolling finally. Even though, it's still years off, I am very happy about it. I can't believe that I was actually bold enough to make these steps.
Quote from: Shantel on February 06, 2013, 08:54:28 PMYeah finally got off center and started some forward momentum and quit the whining huh! You're Auntie Shan is proud of you!

Quote from: Bethany Dawn on February 07, 2013, 11:32:02 AMThe nurse on duty corrected the aids to use the propper pronoun when referring to me.
Quote from: Orihime on February 07, 2013, 05:21:06 PMI went en femme to my therapist. She said she saw no reason for me to continue with therapy so we are switching over to voice training! Then I went to a store shopping, purse and all. And I by no means "pass", I just don't give a hoot what other people think! Also set up appointments for my first laser session and a proper haircut tomorrow!

Quote from: DeeperThanSwords on February 07, 2013, 06:33:38 PMI've been asked by my wine club to go to a huge trade wine fair in Dusseldorf next month, expenses paid. I volunteered for it last month, and I'm thrilled that I got picked. I will be helping the club find the best new independent winemakers that aren't yet represented in the UK, and invite them to get on board with us. I'm so excited!
Quote from: Shantel on February 07, 2013, 06:42:01 PMSounds like the opportunity of a lifetime!
Quote from: DeeperThanSwords on February 07, 2013, 06:45:26 PMTotally! For the right kind of job, this is CV material! Less than a year with this club and I'm already going on effectively a business trip with them. I've already been helping them make decisions along with winemakers on what new wines to have, and even on one occasion helping a winemaker choose the ratios of grapes in a blended wine. It's awesome! I also feel extremely nerdy writing about it right now, lol.
