Jelly beans showed up. :) 'M thinking I'll have to start my own contest ere long - keep the trend going.

Also, I started communication w/r/t facial feminization surgery.

And finally, it's gotten to the right weather (aside from the ridiculous rain) for 30-minute "brisk walks" for heart/etc. exercise. Did one yesterday, and a shorter one today (on account of carrying a jar of jelly beans).
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

Yay, someone else finally has the jelly beans!

I was going to go to the library and then over to see some of the marathon, instead I decided to sleep in and then go to the grocery store. I am very happy I didn't go (and quite sad about what happened up there though).

I gave my insane dog the remainder of the old birthday cake in the fridge. Her face is stained bright pink from the frosting and she looked like a foaming zombie when she finished it off. Now hopefully she'll sleep in past five in the morning...
I did my waiting! Twelve years of it! In [my head!] Azkaban!

I feel like I understand statistics better today. Let's hope it's enough to pass my exam.

While out cycling today a white van driver yelled at me 'You f&^*%ing Paki b*tch!'.

It's the first time I've ever been mistaken as a Pakistani woman.

This was the first day where I could comfortably sit in the common without being cold, rained on, or blown away.It was such a beautiful day weather-wise.  ;D

And, this pineapple coconut greek yogurt smoothie was delicious:

I am sorry someone yelled at you.

I now own a Mossberg 500 12 gauge shotgun.  Not something I wanted, but for home defense, a 12 gauge sure makes a statement when you chamber that first round. I was wanting to get a Colt M4, but that wont stop zombies too well.

I am optimistic about my stats exam tomorrow. I finally understand the stuff we learned! (I hope.)

lol. Yes.  Eugh! I'm beginning to feel like a country girl. Maybe I should talk with Rowan about a western/steampunk costume to go shooting in lol.

I shall go to the ball!  Or well, the hospital, for a bilateral hernia repair.  Only had to suffer with it for two years while diligently avoiding the doctor until I could afford insurance!
Of course it almost looked like the were going to claim it was pre-existing (technically true, but not legally true as I never had it diagnosed) but in the end things got sorted out and my upfront costs were less than a 1/4 of what I was fearing they would be so yay!
Tomorrow they cut a few holes in my tummy and send the robo-snakes in to fix up whats torn.

I am sooooo happy about this as it has been super hard to stay in shape for the last 28 months when I've been in pain so much of the time.  I'm really looking forward to being asctive this summer!

I've sold several pieces of clothing to folks who are into Cowboy action shooting events :)
Now that's the sort of ownership and enjoyment of firearms I can get behind!

Went to the dentist, hadn't been for two years. They changed my name and gender marker straight away and no one batted an eye lid and I didn't need any work! Had a really nice chat to the hygienist who was a cute young woman and very chatty. She apologised for the discomfort of cleaning my teeth, I just told her that compared to having my facial hair lasered off it was a picnic.

Well it would certainly be an interesting outfit. Somewhere between Western and Victorian. Fashionable yet functional.  All of which I know you can do Rowan. And if you wanted, I have a high-end 12 megapixel camera so I can take pics for your portfolio.

I learned the history of the shotgun today. What was interesting was during world war I, the Germans, while using mustard gas and their other infamous creations in the trenches, tried to get shotguns banned from use in combat because " the shotgun was a barbaric weapon."
I love learning new things. ^_^
